The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our manufacturer for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed and payment is received.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. It usually takes 10-20 Business Days for our products to arrive at the destination. 

Depending on the volume of orders we receive, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it, unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment.


What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?:

All packages are insured, and we will send you a FREE replacement immediately!

 

Can I track my order?

Yes, we will send you a delivery tracking within 24 hours. 

 

Delays in shipping and COVID-19 Statement:

We are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and manufacturing facilities.  These include the option for many of our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers.

Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality TEK-TECH MASSAGERS line of products to you, our customers around the world, as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow 2-3 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.
